Garlic, Herb Summer Squash

Ingredients

 Choose a mixture of very fresh squashes
 Olive oil (the cooking kind, not extra virgin)
 Garlic
 Basil or other fresh herbs
 salt and pepper to taste
 lemon juice

Directions

Trim and slice or cut into julienne (thin strips or small, matchlike pieces). Saute in olive oil until tender. Add fresh chopped garlic and basil or other herbs. Season with salt and pepper and a little lemon juice. That's it!
