Tuna Salad and Pita Bread

Williamsburg Rally Attendees

Ingredients

 1 pack Pita bread
 1 can Tuna, 12 ounces
 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
 2 Tablespoon Sweet Relish
 1/3 cup Celery chopped
 1/3 cup Onion, chopped
 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
 1 teaspoon Celery seeds
 1 Tomato, sliced
 Lettuce
 Salt and pepper to taste
 1 boiled egg (optional)

Directions

Cut pita in half, forming a pocket. Mix tuna, mayonnaise, relish, lemon juice, onions, celery seeds and celery. Stuff pita with mixture and top with tomato and lettuce. You can add a chopped boiled egg if desired.
