As few as 6 different spices can unleash a plethora of taste delights. Olive oil, garlic, curry, turmeric, Gran Marsala, coriander, chilies, is just a start. Pick up an Indian cookbook, a skillet and a sauce pan and experiment and create. Try to make the same meal the same way twice. You cant do it. We lose weight and eat healthier in the process.
