Polynesian Salad

We usually take a few cans of turkey or chicken with us. The recipe folders on the top of the Chicken and Turkey cans from Costco usually have some good ideas, that is where this came from. This would be good with leftover roast chicken from the deli also.

1 cup Chopped turkey or chicken, from the deli or a can
 1/2 cup diced celery
 1 chopped apple
 1 cup pineapple chunks
1 1/2 cup seedless grapes, halved
 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
 5 Tablespoons mayonnaise
 1/2 teaspoon curry powder

Combine turkey, celery, apple, pineapple, grapes and 2/3 of the sesame seeds in a large bowl. Mix the mayo and curry powder, pour over turkey mixture and mix together. Sprinkle the rest of the sesame seeds on top when you serve it.
