Potato Soup - So Easy It Almost Makes Itself
So simple, but for some reason, on a rainy day... I can't live without it! Dress it up with sour cream, chives and/or garlic or just as it is.
Ingredients
instant mashed potato mix
water or milk or both
1 slice lunch meat (ham, bologna, smoked turkey, etc.) cut into bits

butter buds or butter
sour cream
garlic
bacon, crumbledDirections
Make instant potatoes according to recipe but double the liquid. Toss in chopped lunch meat as it warms. Top with anything you would put on a baked potato.
