Sausage, Onion and Green Pepper Sandwich


 1 pound Polish sausage or sausage links
 2 large onions, sliced
 2 large green bell peppers, sliced
 1 pack sub buns or baguettes
 1 clove garlic, chopped
 1 Tablespoon vegetable cooking oil
 Salt and pepper to taste


Cut sausage into bun length, split length wise and fry in oil until almost done. Reduce heat and add onions, bell peppers and garlic, simmer until onions and peppers are soft. Serve on buns with mustard. Can use most any of the sausage family.

Serves: 2 to 4
