I buy those little jars of Shillings, stack them 3 or 4 in closed clear plastic tubes and store them on the side. Again - I carry everything from oregano, chili, cinnamon, sesame seeds, and curry. Then there is lots of garlic, fresh, minced and powdered. Also fresh ginger, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Where do I put a lot of stuff?
