Tricolor Pasta with Peas and Brie

This is grown up macaroni and cheese. It is quite sticky, so you will need plenty of hot water to clean the pan. It is definitely worth it however.


 1 pound tricolor pasta, any shape
 1/2 cup frozen peas
 1/2 cup Brie


Boil pasta until al dente. Heat frozen peas until hot, either in microwave or steamer. Cut Brie into small pieces. Drain pasta but do not rinse. Add cooked peas and brie and stir lightly until cheese is melted.
